This workshop will introduce you to the skills that children need to thrive in school, so that you can get a head start and make sure they get a great education.

Workshop Topics:

Developing social and emotional intelligence
Nurturing confidence and curiosity
Teaching self-control
Effective communication

What is the program like?

This is an interactive workshop, where you’ll be working with other parents and caregivers as well as the workshop leader. The course is based on the material prepared by Pam Schiller, entitled Seven Skills for School Success. You’ll learn hands-on ways to help kids absorb a skill from many angles.
