Helping Others through Personal Experience is a peer-led support group that gets you feeling connected and empowered through a network of people who are ready to help.
- Group support from people who understand your situation

- Access to one-on-one support and advocacy as needed

What is the program like?
Groups are confidential and very low-pressure. Often there are snacks and refreshments. Everyone listens, brainstorms solutions, and networks with other parents. There’s an opportunity to share and celebrate successes, if you choose.
How do I participate?
