What is the program like?
This program takes place during the day in the familiar classroom setting. You pick courses to create your own schedule: options include life skills such as cooking or finances and banking, as well as wellness practices such as coping techniques and medication management. We rotate options on a regular basis based on needs and requests.
Transportation can be arranged if you don’t have your own vehicle, and professionals such as psychiatrists, nurses, therapists and social workers are available on site.
How do I participate?
You must be over 18 and have a pre-diagnosed Severe and Persistent Mental Illness. If you are curious and want to sit in on a class, feel free to drop by!
