Generic Case Manager
Generic Case Manager/Full Time 35 hrs week
Pay starting at $21.00/hr
Job Responsibilities
The Generic Case Manager is hired to provide services in the community and coordinate services and support for people diagnosed with mental illness. The Generic Case Manager will assist assigned clients to live successfully in the community by exploring, understanding and attaining services needed.
Qualifications
- Four years experience in working in a direct care setting in the human service field preferred.
- Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Self-starting individual who has a broad knowledge of the services available in Dutchess County.
