Admnistrative Assistant/Data Base Coordinator

This position is part time 21 hours per week for potential to go full time.

Duties:
· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
· Maintain personal health information (PHI) in a confidential manner
· Organize and manage client charts in electronic health records system
· Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
· Process new referrals and designate assignments accordingly
· Generate and assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
· Complete daily work log
· Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
· Mailing of outreach letters and 10-day letters to clients when needed
· Creation of pamphlets for 2 programs and update flyers as needed
· Updating of intake packets as needed.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
· Experience with electronic medical record systems
· Minimum 1 year office and administrative experience
· Experience working in Mental Health setting preferred
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
· Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple departments
· Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
· Positive and professional attitude
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
