Court-Appointed Special Advocates (CASA)

Volunteers receive six weeks of training so they can support children in or at risk for foster care placement. They ensure that cases progress promptly through the system and that children in foster homes are well treated. For more information e-mail us or phone 845-473-2500, ext. 1323.

Kids on the Block

Volunteers are trained to work with large puppets to educate and entertain young children. Children learn healthy life skills and gain awareness of  topics such as disabilities, school safety, obesity, and multiculturalism. For more information, e-mail Marlene Taylor or phone her at at 845-473-2500, ext. 1309.
