General Maintenance Worker
Full Time 35 hours week, excellent benefits package. Hourly rate range $22.00 - $25.00.
PROPERTY:
- Landscaping and Grounds keeping
- Performs basic repairs
- General Painting
- Assisting Facilities Supervisor with other duties
Qualification:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid N.Y.S. Driver’s License
- Must have own form of transportation.
- Must be able to work independently and as a team.
- Minimum of 1 year experience.
- Knowledge of hand and power tools.
