I have always believed there is no limit to how great MHA can be, especially when our staff feel free to bring their full, unique, and authentic selves to work every day - sharing their ideas and passions in ways that enrich our culture, bring value to our clients, strengthen our communities, and drive the agency’s success.

We are experiencing very interesting times that demand seamless, agile thinking; new combinations of skills and experiences; and a higher level of collaboration. MHA’s commitment to hiring the most skilled workforce is a strategic imperative and crucial to our ability to address the challenges that matter most to our Dutchess County community.

As an agency we have a long history of being a leader in the workplace. We have been awarded the MHA Bell Seal for Workplace Excellence. We have won two Poughkeepsie Journal workplace inclusion awards.
