Children's Health Home Care Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Applicants must have the capacity to work closely within a team setting with clients, and families to assist in problem solving and daily living activities, assess service needs, liaison with the community agencies and schools and coordinate treatment and provide advocacy. Strong written and verbal communications. Excellent time management skills a must.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors of Arts or Science with two years of relevant experience, or
- A License as a Registered Nurse with two years of relevant experience, or
- A Masters with one year of relevant experience.
- Valid Driver’s License.
