Vet2Vet: Support Groups

Are you veteran or a family member of one, struggling to process and move forward? Are you suffering from PTSD, suicidal thoughts, depression, addiction or any other mental health issues?

Our Vet2Vet support groups are a safe place where you can listen, share, and spend time with people who know what you’re going through. Together, we aim to help everyone feel heard and share ways to build a thriving life!

Services:

  • Group support from people who understand your situation
  • Referrals to other resources
  • Support for crisis situations
  • Access to one-on-one support and advocacy as needed

What is the program like?

You get the opportunity to listen and share in a confidential and compassionate group setting. There is no pressure to speak, but you do have the opportunity to learn from other people’s experiences, challenges, and solutions.

How do I participate?

There are no special prerequisites and no registration required: our groups are open to all, regardless of status or discharge date. Give Adam a call at 845-473-2500 x1307 or check out the events calendar to find out when the next session is!
